The date and time of your submission, your identity and the work you have submitted will all be stored, but will not be used for any purpose other than communicating with you about the journal and your submission. If your submission is accepted and published then your submission will be stored whilst in publication. If your submission is not accepted then we will retain your submission for two years, after which time it will be destroyed. You have the right to withdraw consent of submission at any time, however in doing so we will be unable to work towards publishing or to publish your work.
