Samyuktha Shankar Assistant Editor volume 19 issue 1, Editor volume 19 issue 2 Samyuktha is studying History and Politics at the University of Warwick with a strong interest in sustainability and development. She previously completed the Undergraduate Research Support Scheme, where her research on sustainability versus sustenance in India’s fishing industry deepened her appreciation for academic research and highlighted the challenges of undergraduate publication. Through this experience and her wider academic extracurriculars, she hopes to support fellow students by helping them navigate the challenges of undergraduate research and publication. She is particularly drawn to Reinvention for its commitment to ensuring that students’ research is never limited by their level of study, and is dedicated to helping amplify undergraduate voices. 	Grace Fisher Editor for volume 18 issues 1 and 2, volume 19 issue 1 Grace Fisher was a medical student at Warwick Medical School, with a special interest in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care. Having previously had the experience of doing research at an undergraduate level, Grace knew how hard it can be to get your work published or even just recognised. By joining Reinvention she hoped to support others along the publication journey, making it as smooth as possible for them. 	Reagan Onyango Assistant Editor volume 18 and 19 and Marketing Coordinator Reagan is a Design and Global Sustainable Development student at the University of Warwick. He believes that groundbreaking discoveries and innovative thinking shouldn't be limited by academic level - undergraduate researchers bring fresh perspectives and bold new approaches that can transform their fields. Reinvention particularly resonates with Reagan because it champions this philosophy, recognising that undergraduate research can be just as rigorous and impactful as work done at higher levels. His passion for emerging developments in technology, innovation, and sustainability drives his belief that early-career researchers can make substantial contributions to these rapidly evolving fields. As an assistant editor, Reagan's excited to help amplify these important undergraduate voices and showcase how their research is already addressing real-world challenges. 	Annabelle Gutovska Assistant Editor volume 19 Annabelle Gutovska is a final year philosophy student, who loves looking at the world through the lens of philosophy, especially to understand the things around; her favourite topic is mind and reality! As she has progressed through her education, Annabelle has gone from working on her high school magazine to helping with the Pharos magazine at the University of Warwick! Now, joining Reinvention, she is extremely excited to become part of such an important project and help increase the number of young researchers with published work! Annabelle finds it inspiring that one of Reinvention’s core values is accessibility, and she looks forward to helping promote this value in future published works. 	Sehar Jaggi Assistant Editor volume 19 Sehar Jaggi is a Psychology and Global Sustainable Development student at the University of Warwick with a strong interest in mental health, social impact, and interdisciplinary research. She has been involved in multiple undergraduate research projects, including the Undergraduate Research Support Scheme (URSS) and an Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL) funded research project. Through these experiences, Sehar has developed a deep appreciation for undergraduate research and its potential to create meaningful change. As an Assistant Editor for Reinvention, she hopes to support student researchers in navigating the publication process and help ensure that high-quality undergraduate research reaches a wider audience. 	Shu Wen Goh Assistant Editor volume 19 Shu Wen is in her second year, studying Materials Engineering with a Second Major in Data Analytics at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Shu Wen wanted to be a part of the editorial team, to be part of an international, multidisciplinary team excited her, as did the opportunity to understand the inner workings of journal production. Shu Wen believes in the importance of student researchers being able to communicate their research: to bridge the gap between researchers and the public, robust communication is necessary to ensure that novel ideas are shared and exchanged effectively.
